What happens on an order
- The customer attaches a photo or PDF of the prescription.
- The order sits in Rx Orders until a pharmacist recorded for that store reviews it.
- Schedule H1 asks for the prescribing doctor's name before dispatch.
- Schedule X is not listed for online sale.
We do not issue drug licences. We do not replace a pharmacist. Shop owners still need a valid retail licence and their own reading of the Drugs and Cosmetics rules.
